                   (一)激进化是否遵循线性的发展道路

                   最初的理论模型将激进化视为一个线性发展过程,这一过程包含若干前后相继
               且顺序固定的阶段,每一阶段又存在特定的因素影响个体的进一步激进化。因此,
               这种模型被称为“线性模型”(linear model)、“阶段模型”(stage model)或“阶

               梯模型”(stairway model)。例如兰迪·博鲁姆(Randy Borum)用于描述恐怖主

               不足。

                   以纽约警察局提出的激进化模型为例,可以发现关于恐怖分子激进化的四阶
               段模型具有重大缺陷。该模型描述了西方公民演变为恐怖分子的四个阶段,即前
               激进化(pre-radicalization)、自我认同(self-identification)、灌输(indoctrination)
               和“圣战化”(jihadization)。前激进化阶段的个体往往具有一些共同特征,通常

               是年龄在 35 岁以下的男性穆斯林、为居住在西方国家的第二代或第三代移民、
