| 在非洲和平进程中，妇女成为实现和平的非暴力力量，女性在建设和平中发挥了重要作用，维护了自身的安全。梳理布隆迪和利比里亚两国内战对妇女的影响、妇女在结束内战过程中的作用以及战后重建中妇女的角色与面临的挑战，可以发现，布隆迪和利比里亚妇女既是两国内战的主要受害者，也是当地实现和平与建设和平的决定性力量：布隆迪妇女发展存在“社会性别主流化已成为现实”和“社会性别不平等”之间的巨大差距；利比里亚则仍然处于由战争到和平的过渡期，精英女性参与决策与妇女低代表性并存；发展问题是两国和两国妇女发展面临的首要问题，将社会性别平等纳入发展主流至关重要。 |

| Based on a field study of Burundi and Liberian women in peace-building in August 2013, the author tries to sum up the impact of civil wars on women, and the roles of women played in ending the civil wars and post-conflict reconstruction in Burundi and Liberia. Women in both countries are not only victims of the civil wars but also decisive agents in the process of peace building, and they have confronted great challenges as well. In Burundi, there is a huge gap between the statement of “gender mainstreaming is the reality” and the true situation of gender inequality. In Liberia, there is coexistence of women elite’s achievements and the low representation of women’s participation in decision-making. The author finally concludes that development is the key issue that women are facing in these two countries, and gender mainstreaming is vital to development. |
