| 本文以人工智能在国家认知安全中的攻防双向赋能机制为研究对象,提出并系统构建了“认知攻防双螺旋理论”,揭示了技术赋能、认知操控与社会影响三个层面的螺旋式演进机制。认知攻防双螺旋结构呈现出高度辩证统一的特征,形成“技术工具—认知操控—社会解构”与“技术阻断—心理防御—社会韧性”的双重螺旋路径。认知攻防双螺旋的互动机制在协同效应和对抗效应的双重作用下,呈现出正反馈机制的螺旋式上升与负反馈机制下的相互制衡与抑制并存模式。在双螺旋的互动机制扩展到时间维度时,本文建构的离散差分方程模型模拟了认知攻防系统的多重动态演化场景,探讨了攻防双方技术能力以及技术层面与社会层面深度耦合的非线性演化规律。在认知安全成为大国竞争重要领域的背景下,中国宜从技术创新和社会韧性两个维度构建“技术领先、社会韧性强”的现代化国家认知安全体系。本文不仅拓展了认知安全的理论边界,更为中国在全球技术竞争中争取认知安全优势提供了参考。 |

| Taking the bidirectional offense–defense empowerment mechanism of artificial intelligence (AI) in national cognitive security as the object of study, this paper proposes and systematically constructs a Dual-Helix Theory of Cognitive Offense–Defense, revealing a spiral evolutionary mechanism across three levels: technological empowerment, cognitive manipulation, and social impact. The cognitive offense-defense dual-helix structure exhibits a highly dialectical and unified character, forming two intertwined helical pathways: “technological tools — cognitive manipulation — social deconstruction” and “technological interdiction — psychological defense — social resilience.” Under the combined influence of synergistic and antagonistic effects, the interactive mechanism manifests a coexistence pattern: a spiral rise driven by a positive feedback loop alongside mutual constraint and suppression under a negative feedback loop. When the dual-helix interaction is extended into the temporal dimension, the discrete difference equation model developed in this paper simulates multiple dynamic evolutionary scenarios of the cognitive offense–defense system. It explores the nonlinear evolutionary patterns of both sides’ technological capabilities and the deep coupling between technological and social layers. With cognitive security emerging as a key arena of major-country competition, China should build a modern national cognitive security system that is both “technologically advanced and socially resilient.” This paper not only expands the theoretical boundaries of cognitive security but also provides a reference for China to secure an advantage in cognitive security amid global technological competition. |
