| 国家安全学学科建设正式起步于2018年，从国家安全学理论与实践来看，构建国家安全学学科知识体系、学术知识体系和话语知识体系是国家安全学自主知识体系建构的集中体现。构建国家安全学学科知识体系，须围绕国家安全学“交叉学科门类—国家安全学一级学科—国家安全学二级学科方向”等三类学科知识体系框架进行搭建。构建国家安全学学术知识体系，主要围绕学术理论知识体系、学术研究组织体系、学术平台支撑体系、学术评价考核体系等要素展开，是国家安全学自主知识体系建构的核心。构建国家安全学话语知识体系，要坚持以总体国家安全观为灵魂、标识性学术概念为牵引、中国安全故事为文本、中国学术精神为沟通方式、人类安全共同体价值追求为语境。国家安全学自主知识体系建构不能一蹴而就，是一个长期努力的过程。 |

| The formal establishment of National Security Studies as a discipline dates back to 2018. Building an autonomous knowledge system in this field necessitates confronting the structural challenges inherent in a nascent discipline. This endeavor mandates not only striving for academic excellence but also delivering concrete, measurable outcomes in scholarship and policy contribution. From both theoretical and practical perspectives, the development of this system rests on three fundamental pillars: the disciplinary system, the academic system, and the discourse system. The disciplinary system forms the cornerstone of the autonomous knowledge system in National Security Studies, reflected both in the discipline’s establishment and the internal logic of its framework. China is the first country in the world to establish a comprehensive disciplinary system for National Security Studies, pioneering a unique three-tier structure: Interdisciplinary Category—First-level Discipline of National Security Studies—Second-level Disciplinary Directions of National Security Studies. The academic system constitutes the core of the autonomous knowledge system, comprising theoretical frameworks, research organizations, platform support systems, and evaluation mechanisms. Among these, the theoretical framework holds paramount importance. The discourse system of National Security Studies is a security-oriented framework anchored in the holistic approach to national security. It is shaped by signature academic concepts, articulated through China’s security narratives, conveyed in the ethos of Chinese scholarship, and contextualized within the pursuit of a community of shared security for humankind. The establishment of these three systems clearly manifests China’s commitment to autonomy, originality, and localization in the field. As these systems further develop, the autonomous knowledge system of National Security Studies will achieve greater maturity. |
