国家”，迈克尔·霍根（Michael Hogan）的《杜鲁门与安全化国家的起源》以及
丹尼尔·耶金（Daniel Yergin）的《破碎的和平：冷战与安全化国家的起源》可以

提供许多启示；肯特·博尔顿（M. Kent Bolton）的《安全化国家的兴起》从《1947
年国家安全法案》入手，对美国如何成为一个崇尚军事干涉主义的国家进行了深入
探讨；卢克·罗西克（Luke Rosiak）的《正义的障碍》则是研究美国民主表象背后

的“深层国家”或“隐形国家”这个重要问题的一本新著。
由此可见，即使在西方学术界，对于美国国家安全体系也缺乏系统性的专
门研究，相关成果大部分是安全战略与政策研究的副产品。国内研究同样集中
在战略实践方面，安全制度体系的研究成果更少。在战略与安全的思想与制度

方面，中国学者对美国政治体制、政治文化与意识形态有较多研究，包括王立
新的《踌躇的霸权：美国崛起后的困惑与秩序追求（1913~1945）》、李庆余等
人的《美国外交传统及其缔造者》等。其中，王缉思的《美国霸权的逻辑》一
文是这方面的代表作。王晓德的《美国文化与外交》较早以美国文化为切入口

来研究美国外交。王立新的《意识形态与美国外交政策》则讨论民族主义和自
