国际语境中的政治安全与弱国的治理困境

近年来，弱国政治安全在国际安全研究中与日俱增。 作为一个与广大发展中

世界息息相关的安全概念，弱国政治安全亦在其日益进入国际安全中心舞台的进程
中臻于成熟，具备愈益丰厚的研究价值。

已有研究在概念辨析、国别和区域研究、历史回溯、冲突与合作研究、系统性
介绍和初步理论性探索等方面取得了较为丰硕的成果，但亦存在三方面不足：第一，
缺少在国际安全研究和政治安全总体框架下的探索。其后果是缺少一种必要的整体
